about us
We exist for the founder who inherited the business, not the blueprint.
NectarOps is a hands-on operations practice based in Delhi NCR, founded and run by Rohan Bhatia. It started from one simple observation. Traditional Indian businesses and modern, software-run companies measure their operations completely differently. That gap is usually where the daily mess comes from.

Why I started this
I grew up around Bhatia Musicals, my family's business. I saw the chaos up close, long before I had a name for it. I worked in the business myself for two years, then left to go build something of my own.
What I built instead, over the next eight years, was a career in software. Startups, then corporate teams. What struck me there was how automatically everyone tracks things. Every campaign. Every customer's cost to acquire. Every number that actually matters gets measured. Nobody decides to do it. It's just how things are done there.
Traditional businesses don't work that way. Not because the people running them aren't sharp enough. It's just that nobody ever made them track things the way a startup has to from day one. That gap is the whole reason NectarOps exists.
You can't manage what you don't measure. But measuring the wrong things just adds noise. I focus on the handful of numbers that actually matter to your business.
What I bring to this
Most people doing this kind of work have one half of the picture. I have both.
Eight years of software engineering. I helped scale a startup called helloramp.ai from an early product into a business with a large, paying customer base, and I've also worked as part of a full engineering team building a legal AI product used by law firms. That's one half.
The other half is having actually worked inside a traditional business. Not as an outside consultant looking in, but as someone who spent real time on the floor.
I'm also not interested in ripping out what already works just to install something new. Most of what I do is enhancement, freeing up the hours a founder spends managing the business so they can spend that time actually growing it.
A note on what came before
This isn't my first attempt at building something. One of those attempts was an esports business called Skiron Gaming, now defunct. I built it the same way I built the others, hoping people would eventually want what I'd made. This time I didn't start with the software. I started by finding the actual problem first, in a world I already understood firsthand. Whatever gets built for your business gets built because you need it, not because I built it first and went looking for someone to use it.

How we work
We come to you
We don't work from decks and Zoom calls. We show up on your floor, in your office, with your team, and stay until we actually understand how things work.
We work with what you have
No rip and replace. Your team uses WhatsApp, Excel, Tally, and paper for a reason. We connect and improve what already works instead of starting from scratch.
We don't leave until it runs
A system that only works while we're around isn't really a system. We train your team and only step back once they're confident running their side of it.
