No. We build on what you already use - WhatsApp, Excel, Tally, paper. If a tool would genuinely help, we'll tell you honestly and evaluate it together. Nothing is forced.

Not for Batch 01. This pilot is delivered in person — we're on your floor, not on a Zoom call — so for now we're only onboarding businesses in or around Delhi/NCR.
Batch 01 is limited to 20 businesses. 8 have already signed up. Once the batch is full, we won't be taking on more until the next one — and there's no timeline on that yet.
Once you sign up, we schedule a short discovery call to understand your business. From there, we typically begin floor visits within a week. The sooner you sign up, the sooner we can start.
